About AUSPEX GAMING
Auspex Gaming designs, produces, and sells 3D-printed tabletop terrain and related products, while also creating narrative-driven campaigns and settings for tabletop gaming. All products are intended for hobby use.
Products & Descriptions
Our terrain is 3D printed and cleaned, but may show minor variations such as layer lines or surface texture inherent to the printing process. Product images may show unpainted, painted, or staged examples unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unpainted products arrive as a blank slate, ready for priming and painting.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at checkout. Auspex Gaming reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund issued if payment has been taken.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Many Auspex Gaming products are made to order. Any stated production or shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. By placing a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Auspex Gaming is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with 3D printing do not qualify as damage. Refunds are not offered for change of mind on made-to-order items.
Intellectual Property & Narrative Content
All Auspex Gaming names, settings, campaigns, stories, and narrative elements (including but not limited to the Clarus System) are the intellectual property of Auspex Gaming.
By submitting narrative content, ideas, or suggestions (including through Patreon, Discord, or direct communication), you grant Auspex Gaming the right to use, adapt, and incorporate that content into its campaigns, products, or marketing without compensation or ownership claims, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Design Credit
Some terrain products are produced using licensed or permitted STL designs from third-party creators. Auspex Gaming prints, curates, and sells finished physical products. Design credits are provided where appropriate.
Patreon & Promotional Offers
Patreon benefits, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change and may be limited in availability. Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Patreon benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
Limitation of Liability
Auspex Gaming products are hobby items, not toys. We are not responsible for injury, misuse, or damages arising from improper handling or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and the applicable provincial laws in Alberta where Auspex Gaming operates.
Changes to These Terms
Auspex Gaming reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future orders and website use.
