Auspex Gaming specializes in made-to-order 3D-printed terrain, and this policy explains what you can expect when placing an order with us.
Shipping and processing times
- Most products are printed to order
- Processing times vary depending on order size and production volume
- Estimated timelines are provided where possible, but are not guaranteed
- Shipping times begin after processing is complete.
Shipping responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Auspex Gaming is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided when available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with 3D printing are not considered damage.
Returns and refunds
Because most items are made to order:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- Refunds are not offered on completed made-to-order items
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
