All boxes are designed to work together seamlessly.

Our Battlefield Boxes are designed to fill a full tabletop with playable, line of sight terrain. Smaller sets like Stronghold and Outpost boxes are ideal for compact games or expanding an existing battlefield.

No. Our terrain is system-agnostic and designed to work across a wide range of tabletop wargames. While the narrative tone may feel familiar, the terrain itself is usable in many tabletop systems.

All Auspex Gaming terrain arrives unpainted. We ship clean, high-quality 3D prints so you can prime and paint them to match your army, game mat, and narrative.

Yes, most larger terrain pieces will require assembly. Upon receipt of your order, you will also receive a link to a webpage with detailed assembly instructions.

Our terrain is 3D printed and cleaned, but minor layer lines or surface texture are normal and part of the process. These are easily hidden with primer and paint and do not affect gameplay or durability.

Auspex Gaming is proudly based in Canada. All terrain is printed, cleaned, and packed here before shipping.

Most items are made to order, so processing time varies depending on order size and production volume. Shipping begins once printing and cleanup are complete. Any timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Yes! We ship offer free shipping within Canada!

We ship to the United States and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian customers will often receive orders faster due to local shipping. U.S. and international delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and carrier transit times.

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, or store credit if appropriate.

Yes. All prices on the website are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Because most terrain is printed to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind and can’t offer refunds once production has started. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can.

Cancellations may be possible before printing begins. Once production is underway, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

We only collect the information needed to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. We don't collect or store any payment details. We never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
